John "Jumbo" Elliot

Inducted into the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame in 1990. Played at Sachem High School and graduated in 1983. Attended the University of Michigan and graduated in 1987. John earned in 1988 the second round draft selection for the New York Giants. He was on the 1991 Giants Super Bowl Championship Team. Played with the New York Giants for 8 years and then signed with the New York Jets in 1996.
