Kupchak Honors Recent Brentwood Top Scorer

We love it when Suffolk legends return to their alma mater.

Mitch Kupchak, one of the best basketball talents in Long Island history, and a proud Brentwood native, was home to support his hometown during their playoff run.

The former Los Angeles Lakers great is the current General Manager of the Charlotte Hornets.

He presented Brentwood senior Bryce Harris with a 1,000-point basketball for his career milestone along with fellow alums Chuck Everson and Kevin O’Reilly. Everson helped Villanova win the 1985 NCAA Championship and O’Reilly is the Athletic Director at Brentwood today.
