We are deeply saddened about the loss of Suffolk Sports Hall of Famer and Hofstra legend Bill Thieben.
The 1991 inductee is a Sayville basketball legend, starred at Hofstra and played in the NBA for the Fort Wayne Pistons.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
