A former West Islip standout, Justin Turri was a four-year starter at Duke and was twice named a USILA All-American, finishing his career with 70 goals and 52 assists (122 points). He led the Blue Devils to the 2010 national championship, as well as ACC titles in 2009 and 2012, making the NCAA semifinals in all four years of his time in Durham. He was named the head men’s lacrosse coach at St. John’s University in 2022. Before his head coaching job, he was an assistant at Army West Point and Providence College, Harvard, and Michigan.  He also played in the MLL and PLL.
