The Ward Melville boys lacrosse program is one of the most successful prep lacrosse programs in American history.

As of their induction in 2019, the program has won two national titles, 10 New York State titles, 19 Long Island titles and 27 Suffolk County championships.

The program was originally coached by Suffolk Sports Hall of Famer Joe Cuozzo and later Mike Hoppey and Jay Negus.
