The Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame is currently accepting nominations for the Class of 2020 from July 1 through October 1, 2019.

All nomination packets must include:
- Biographical information highlighting candidate’s careers
- Photographs and news clippings from candidate’s life and career
- Minimum of three letters of recommendations
- Supporting news links and articles about candidate
Send packets to Hall of Fame:
- Emailed packets are preferred (SuffolkHOF@gmail.com) OR
- Ship to the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame post office box at P.O. Box 1287, Lake Grove, N.Y. 11755.
All nominees run through a selection committee of current inductees, business executives, athletic directors, coaches and media members. Inductees of the Class of 2020 will be announced in late December.
